STIHL makes a promise to its dealers to help drive customer traffic to their stores. We partnered with PowerChord's technology platform to convert search into store traffic for over 10,000 local authorized STIHL dealers.

Ultimately, we knew the best path was to create a personalized experience that was all about connecting consumers with the best store for them. Once we aligned our focus behind how the store locator tool could best serve STIHL customers, we were able to develop a solution. We partnered with PowerChord's technology platform to increase traffic to over 10,000 individual store sites.

Creative

We streamlined the process for online users by making it easier and faster to find a STIHL Dealer. Features included automatic geolocation, service filtering, responsive design, and dealer details, as well as performance monitoring for optimization—all meant to drive more traffic to STIHL Dealers.

Performance

Our search results went further than just delivering the nearest address. We furnished details customers told us they wanted most and let them choose the store best for them. Leaning heavily on research and testing, we fine-tuned the locator to produce an online tool that did more than just connect consumers to stores but succeeded in increasing traffic and driving business.

Through extensive user testing, we helped STIHL refine their dealer search tool, focusing on user-friendly features to improve the customer experience. By adding a filter search, "Call" button, and "Shop Site" button directly on dealer info pages, we made it easier for customers to find and connect with local dealers. These enhancements led to increased user engagement and improved the overall success of the locator tool, driving more efficient customer interactions and conversions.
