Red Letter developed a brand refresh strategy based on audience insights that began with three brand pillars: We improve lives. We empower work. We elevate play.

Creative

Guided by the new pillars, we designed an updated logo and fresher messaging, tapping into their name to develop their tagline: Live Life on Point. We did a website redesign that allowed us to integrate an ecommerce platform.

Performance

Using data-driven insights to target consumers, we coordinated social media, search ads, and email campaigns to bring awareness to the new brand and capture leads.
